# KAIA Unstaking guide

### \[Step by step guide for KAIA Unstaking]

1. Check claimable rewards and click \[Unstake] button.

2. Enter the amount of KAIA to unstake.
3. Total rewards are the amount of KAIA that you've earned by staking.

*\* This amount of KAIA is automatically sent to your wallet when you make transaction(stake additional amount of KAIA, unstake from staking node, claim rewards).*&#x20;

4. Proceed to the next step.

5. Check transaction details, and click \[Unstake] button.
6. Connected wallet would appear at top-right, confirm transaction via wallet.

*\*Unstaked amount of KAIA will be given 7 days after the transaction is completed due to KAIA network policy.*
